These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the www.velakproducts.com website and all services, courses, and programs offered by VELA K Products Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are under 18, you may not use our services.

3. Courses & Content

3.1 License: Upon purchase or enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
3.2 Access: Access to course content is delivered through LearnDash LMS. Your login credentials are personal; you may not share them.
3.3 Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any course materials without our express written consent.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Pricing: All fees are quoted in CAD and are exclusive of GST/HST.
4.2 Payment: Payments are processed via Stripe (or other provider). You agree to provide accurate and current billing information.
4.3 Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of course content. Refund requests must be submitted to in**@***********ts.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website—text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of VELA K Products Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Guarantees: We provide mentorship and educational materials, but we do not guarantee specific earnings or business outcomes. Results depend on your efforts and market conditions.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, VELA K Products Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:
